Who is responsible

What this site does not do

This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, the server processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type, so that the page can be delivered and kept secure. These logs are kept for a limited period only.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Seller & Price Check form

When you request a Seller & Price Check, we collect your name, your email address and your shop's website, together with the page and page version you sent the form from. We use them to prepare and send your Seller & Price Check and to follow up with you about it.

Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing that took place before.

The form is delivered to us by our form service Web3Forms, which forwards it by email to our mailbox, hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited), and may store submissions on our behalf. We keep your details for up to 12 months after your Seller & Price Check unless you become a customer.

Demo video

The demo video is hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, YouTube receives your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies. We embed the video in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Booking a call and WhatsApp

The links to Cal.com and WhatsApp take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply. If you book a call or send us a message, we receive the details you enter there.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of the providers named above are based outside the European Union, for example in the United States. Where personal data leaves the EU, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of processing, and a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR).

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Romania the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the authority where you live or work.
